ZYFY Gyratory Screener

Description

Square sieve machine is a new type of high-standard screening equipment, and it is widely used in the accurate classification of the chemical, ceramic, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, mining, food and other industries.

 Working principle

Turn on the screening machine, the sieve shaker body also called screen box under the action of inertia force do reciprocating motion. The screen box drives the screen surface do periodic shaking. Meanwhile the screen box make directional leap movement together with the screen upper material. Smaller than the mesh aperture materials fall into the lower, larger than the mesh aperture material is discharged after continuous jump and movement. Then complete the screening work.     

 Application

• Chemical industry: chemical fertilizer, resin, melamine , soda ash and so on.
• Food: Starch,salt, granulated sugar, milk powder and so on.
